A take on the famous Dubai chocolate - reimagined the Maison Sablé way. A decadent dark chocolate cookie encases a luscious pistachio-tahini cream and delicate strands of golden kadayif. Each bite unveils a harmony of textures- crisp, creamy, and melt-in-the-middle, layered with Belgian and Valrhona chocolate for a taste that’s rich, exotic, and irresistibly indulgent.

Organic flour, French butter, sugar, Belgian milk chocolate, Belgian dark chocolate, Valrhona dark chocolate, pistachios, kadayif, tahini, Dutch cocoa powder, organic eggs, French fleur de sel, organic vanilla extract, cornflour, baking soda.

  2. All cookies are baked fresh for your chosen date, so please place your order in advance to secure your slot.
  • Pick-ups: Available Monday to Saturday.
  • Deliveries: Available Monday to Saturday in Sliema and St Julian’s.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation message once your order is ready for collection or out for delivery.
