Maison Sablé began with a simple belief: that the smallest moments often become the most meaningful.

While living in the Netherlands, I fell in love with the simple ritual of slowing down. Whether it was enjoying a freshly baked cookie with a cup of coffee, wandering through beautiful cafés, or taking time to appreciate the little details, I discovered that life's greatest luxuries are often the simplest.

When I later moved to Malta, I wanted to create something that captured that feeling.

Maison Sablé was born from a desire to create more than just cookies. I wanted every cookie to feel thoughtful, beautifully crafted, and worthy of sharing. Something that could brighten someone's day, celebrate a special occasion, or simply encourage people to slow down and enjoy a quiet moment.

Every recipe has been developed with care using exceptional ingredients sourced from around the world. Our flavours are inspired by my travels, memories, and the desserts that have stayed with me over the years, combining comforting familiarity with the elegance and craftsmanship of French pâtisserie.

Our name tells the story of our values. Maison means home, a place where people gather, celebrate, and create memories. Sablé takes its inspiration from the traditional French sablé biscuit, one of France's most iconic biscuits, celebrated for its delicate texture, simplicity, and timeless elegance. Together, they represent our belief that the most beautiful things are often the simplest, crafted with care and made to be shared.

Today, every Maison Sablé cookie is handcrafted in Malta. From the ingredients we carefully source to the ribbon tied around every gift box, every detail is considered with intention. We believe gifting should feel personal, everyday moments deserve beauty, and quality should never be compromised.
