Warming, bright and beautifully festive, Épice de Gingembre & Cranberry brings together the cosy spice of winter and the freshness of fruit at its peak. A gently spiced ginger cookie forms the base, soft in the centre with crisp golden edges, sweetened with maple and enriched with French butter for tenderness and depth.

On top, we finish each cookie with a ruby layer of cranberry–orange jam, tart, vibrant, glistening like stained glass against the warm spice beneath. The cranberries offer sharp winter brightness, while fresh orange zest lifts the flavour with a sparkling citrus note, balancing the sweetness to perfection.

Fleur de sel enhances the ginger’s warmth, the fruit’s acidity, and the caramel base, leaving a lingering festive glow with every bite. It’s a cookie that feels like Christmas in your hands, nostalgic, spiced, sweet and beautifully alive.

  • Deliveries: Available Monday to Saturday in Sliema and St Julian’s.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation message once your order is ready for collection or out for delivery.
