Our Érable & Noix is a quiet celebration of warmth and simplicity. Made with roasted pecans, pure maple syrup, and rich French butter, this cookie is tender, lightly crisp, and deeply comforting. Organic eggs and flour bring structure and softness, while a final touch of French fleur de sel adds balance. With no chocolate to distract, the maple and nutty notes shine, making this a perfect companion to a morning coffee, a brisk walk, or a slow November afternoon.

  2. All cookies are baked fresh for your chosen date, so please place your order in advance to secure your slot.
  • Pick-ups: Available Monday to Saturday.
  • Deliveries: Available Monday to Saturday in Sliema and St Julian’s.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation message once your order is ready for collection or out for delivery.

Note: All orders are freshly baked on the day of pick-up or delivery to guarantee the finest quality and experience.
Please place your order at least 2 days in advance of your desired date.
