Inspired by the warmth of a classic pecan pie, this cookie is made with organic flour, rich French butter, and a touch of pure maple syrup for natural sweetness. Studded generously with toasted pecans and finished with French fleur de sel, it offers caramelised notes, a soft buttery center, and a delicate crisp edge. Comforting, nutty, and deeply indulgent, a timeless favourite, reimagined the Maison Sablé way.

  2. All cookies are baked fresh for your chosen date, so please place your order in advance to secure your slot.
  • Pick-ups: Available Monday to Saturday.
  • Deliveries: Available Monday to Saturday in Sliema and St Julian’s.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation message once your order is ready for collection or out for delivery.

Note: All orders are freshly baked on the day of pick-up or delivery to guarantee the finest quality and experience.
Please place your order at least 2 days in advance of your desired date.
