A deeply indulgent cookie built on warm caramel notes, gently sharpened with a touch of soy sauce for balance and depth. Sweetened with Canadian maple syrup and finished with a soft, tender center, this cookie is rich, elegant, and beautifully moreish, a refined take on caramel that lingers long after the last bite. Ingredients French butter, sugar, organic eggs, Grade A Canadian maple syrup, organic flour, cornflour, light soy sauce, pure vanilla extract, baking soda, baking powder.

  2. All cookies are baked fresh for your chosen date, so please place your order in advance to secure your slot.
  • Pick-ups: Available Monday to Saturday.
  • Deliveries: Available Monday to Saturday in Sliema and St Julian’s.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation message once your order is ready for collection or out for delivery.

Note: All orders are freshly baked on the day of pick-up or delivery to guarantee the finest quality and experience.
