Rich French butter and Valrhona dark chocolate create a deep, velvety base, while fresh organic lemon brings a bright, fragrant lift. Each cookie is finished with a silky Earl Grey and Valrhona dark chocolate ganache, creating a beautifully balanced bite with delicate bergamot, rich chocolate and vibrant citrus notes.

Keeping & serving
For the best taste, enjoy your cookies within 3 days. Cookies with cream frosting are at their sweetest on the day of purchase.
Keep cookies with toppings in the fridge, in an airtight container, without letting them overlap. Cookies without toppings are best in an airtight box in a cool, dry place.
To warm them, give them 5–10 seconds in the microwave (10–15 seconds if chilled), or 2 minutes in an oven preheated to 200°C.

Pick-up: Spinola, St. Julian’s, Monday–Saturday.
Note: All orders are freshly baked on the day of pick-up. Please order at least 1 day in advance, though earlier is recommended as slots fill quickly.
