A refined cookie infused with the delicate citrus notes of Fortnum & Mason Earl Grey tea. Rich French butter and Valrhona dark chocolate create a deep, velvety base, while fresh organic lemon brings a bright, fragrant lift. Each cookie is finished with a silky Earl Grey and Valrhona dark chocolate ganache, creating a beautifully balanced bite with delicate bergamot, rich chocolate and vibrant citrus notes.

Organic flour, French butter, Valrhona dark chocolate, organic eggs, sugar, French fleur de sel, organic vanilla extract, cornflour, baking soda, Fortnum & Mason Earl Grey tea, organic lemon.

Cookies with toppings must be eaten on the day they are received, as they are perishable.

For cookies without toppings (such as chocolate chip), store in a sealed container and enjoy within 3 days.

Select your preferred cookie flavours and box size (minimum order: 6 cookies).

  1. Once your order is placed, we will contact you to arrange your pick-up or delivery details.
  2. All cookies are baked fresh for your chosen date, so please place your order in advance to secure your slot.
  • Pick-ups: Available Monday to Saturday.
  • Deliveries: Available Monday to Saturday in Sliema and St Julian’s.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation message once your order is ready for collection or out for delivery.

Note: All orders are freshly baked on the day of pick-up or delivery to guarantee the finest quality and experience.
Please place your order at least 2 days in advance of your desired date.
