Our Vegan Chocolat Fraise captures the romance of chocolate-covered strawberries in a rich, tender cookie. Crafted with organic flour, Valrhona dark chocolate, and fragrant strawberry pieces, it’s finished with a whisper of French fleur de sel for balance and depth. Flax seeds stand in for eggs, binding the cookie with subtle nuttiness, while vegan butter adds that melt-in-the-mouth richness. Keeping & serving
For the best taste, enjoy your cookies within 3 days. Cookies with cream frosting are at their sweetest on the day of purchase.
Keep cookies with toppings in the fridge, in an airtight container, without letting them overlap. Cookies without toppings are best in an airtight box in a cool, dry place.
To warm them, give them 5–10 seconds in the microwave (10–15 seconds if chilled), or 2 minutes in an oven preheated to 200°C.

Note: All orders are freshly baked on the day of pick-up. Please order at least 1 day in advance, though earlier is recommended as slots fill quickly.
