Rich, dark and beautifully indulgent, Pistache Noir Végane is our plant-based tribute to deep chocolate pleasure. Crafted with Belgian dark chocolate and raw cacao for a slow-melting, brownie-soft crumb, this cookie delivers the kind of richness you pause for.
Inside the dough lies its greatest secret, a heart of roasted pistachio and kataifi, intentionally left whole to create a delicate crunch that contrasts against the molten chocolate. With every bite, you move from velvety softness to a golden, nutty snap at the centre, releasing warm pistachio oils and deep savouriness that balance the sweetness perfectly.

Keeping & serving
For the best taste, enjoy your cookies within 3 days. Cookies with cream frosting are at their sweetest on the day of purchase.
Keep cookies with toppings in the fridge, in an airtight container, without letting them overlap. Cookies without toppings are best in an airtight box in a cool, dry place.
To warm them, give them 5–10 seconds in the microwave (10–15 seconds if chilled), or 2 minutes in an oven preheated to 200°C.

Note: All orders are freshly baked on the day of pick-up. Please order at least 1 day in advance, though earlier is recommended as slots fill quickly.
