A gentle tribute to the beloved carrot cake, our Carotte Épicée wraps the soul of autumn into a single, tender bite. Made with organic carrots,  french butter, and toasted walnuts, it’s delicately spiced with cinnamon, nutmeg, and a hint of clove — creating a cookie that’s as warm and comforting as your favourite knit on a crisp day. Each cookie is finished with a smooth cream cheese frosting, adding a whisper of tang that balances the sweetness and deepens the indulgence. It’s a quiet luxury for November days: soft light, cool air, and something warm in hand.

Ingredients:
Organic flour, French butter, organic carrots, walnuts, spices (cinnamon, nutmeg, clove), organic eggs, cream cheese, French fleur de sel, organic vanilla extract, sugar, cornflour, baking soda.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Best enjoyed within 3 days of purchase. For a just-baked experience, warm briefly before serving.

  1. Once your order is placed, we will contact you to arrange your pick-up or delivery details.
  2. All cookies are baked fresh for your chosen date, so please place your order in advance to secure your slot.
  • Pick-ups: Available Monday to Saturday.
  • Deliveries: Available Monday to Saturday in Sliema and St Julian’s.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation message once your order is ready for collection or out for delivery.

Note: All orders are freshly baked on the day of pick-up or delivery to guarantee the finest quality and experience.
Please place your order at least 2 days in advance of your desired date.
