A striking cookie crafted with two distinct doughs, one infused with fragrant green tea and the other enriched with Valrhona dark chocolate and Dutch cocoa for a deep, rich flavour. At its heart lies a smooth roasted chestnut centre, adding a delicate sweetness and velvety finish. A harmonious balance of earthy green tea, intense chocolate and creamy chestnut creates a cookie that is both elegant and comforting.

Organic flour, French butter, Valrhona dark chocolate, Dutch cocoa powder, Japanese green tea, roasted chestnut, organic eggs, sugar, French fleur de sel, organic vanilla extract, cornflour, baking soda.

Cookies with toppings must be eaten on the day they are received, as they are perishable.

For cookies without toppings (such as chocolate chip), store in a sealed container and enjoy within 3 days.

Select your preferred cookie flavours and box size (minimum order: 6 cookies).

  1. Once your order is placed, we will contact you to arrange your pick-up or delivery details.
  2. All cookies are baked fresh for your chosen date, so please place your order in advance to secure your slot.
  • Pick-ups: Available Monday to Saturday.
  • Deliveries: Available Monday to Saturday in Sliema and St Julian’s.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation message once your order is ready for collection or out for delivery.

Note: All orders are freshly baked on the day of pick-up or delivery to guarantee the finest quality and experience.
Please place your order at least 2 days in advance of your desired date.
