Inspired by one of Thailand’s most beloved desserts, this cookie brings together sweet mango, creamy coconut, and fragrant sticky rice in a luxurious reinterpretation of mango sticky rice. A buttery cookie filled with coconut-infused sticky rice and toasted coconut flakes surrounds a vibrant mango compote centre, creating layers of tropical flavour and texture. Rich yet refreshing, it is a cookie that transports you straight to a warm evening in Thailand.

Ingredients:

Organic flour, French butter, sugar, organic eggs, organic vanilla extract, Thai glutinous rice, coconut milk, coconut cream, coconut flakes, Belgian white chocolate, organic mango, organic lemon, sesame seeds, cornflour, baking soda, French sea salt.

Cookies with toppings must be eaten on the day they are received, as they are perishable.

For cookies without toppings (such as chocolate chip), store in a sealed container and enjoy within 3 days.

  1. Once your order is placed, we will contact you to arrange your pick-up or delivery details.
  2. All cookies are baked fresh for your chosen date, so please place your order in advance to secure your slot.
  • Pick-ups: Available Monday to Saturday.
  • Deliveries: Available Monday to Saturday in Sliema and St Julian’s.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation message once your order is ready for collection or out for delivery.

Note: All orders are freshly baked on the day of pick-up or delivery to guarantee the finest quality and experience.
Please place your order at least 2 days in advance of your desired date.
